Project Background
  Recently, Carlsberg China is pouring her full strength in promoting new product Carlsberg Chill, which is a light and refreshing beer targeting at young consumer. Because of its refreshing taste and “chill out” connotation, Carlsberg Chill quickly becomes a new star in bars and clubs.
  As a new pulse of Carlsberg Chill Music Live 2007, we invite Alex and Stephy to bring their music passion to Guangzhou and Zhuhai fans. Owe to Alex’s healthy and sunny characters and Stephy’s beauty and purity, we expect the soul of Carlsberg Chill can impress audience and consumers wider and deeper via elegant rhythm and pop beats. After continuous actions in pop music territory, Carlsberg Chill establishes its young and fashion image and firmly combine its brand advantage to music dynamics. In order to spread the news and brand info widely cover the PRD area, we SOC-China carried high responsibility.

Our Challenges:
◆ Deepen media’s comprehension of the relevance between Carlsberg Chill and pop music. Establish firm relationship between our client and media for further PR promotion.
◆ Highly efficient and smooth communication with media is a core mission challenging agency staff. We are responsible to ensure the info of the Music Live will be reported correctly and positively in a short time.
◆ With the core brand image and Chill’s character rightly delivered to customers, we are trying our best to establish Carlsberg Chill’s young fashion image and relativity with pop music.

Our Effort:
◆ To guarantee the activity could be carry on successfully, we prepared a long time to check the venue and traffic in advance. Before the Music Live begin in Zhuhai, we spent a lot of time in logistic arrangement to ensure the medium in Guangzhou could reach on time.
◆ Deal to the complexity of the venue structure, we sent more staffs to guarantee the successful acting.
◆ In Music Live Guangzhou, the singers have been late in the interview for over an hour deal to some personal reasons, this accident caused great trouble to agency. We tried our best to comfort medium and satisfied their demand.
◆ For an unexpected coincident, that Jay Chou and David Tao also held their concert in Guangzhou at the same time, this caused a severe thread to media coverage. Finally we made great effort to seize print medium page spaces and brought excellent result.
